Refund Policy — House of Legends Publishing Co.

We want every interaction with House of Legends Publishing Co. to feel honest and well-cared-for. Here is how we handle refunds, cancellations, and returns.

Legacy Membership ($11.11 / month)

What's included. Legacy ($11.11/month) unlocks 25% off every Toolshed item, early sneak-peek access to new drops, one complimentary birthday gift per year, and 25% off services once per calendar year.
Cancel anytime. You can cancel from the member portal in under a minute. Cancellation stops future billing.
Access through paid period. When you cancel, your Legacy perks stay active until the end of the current billing cycle. Annual perks (birthday gift, service discount) are not pro-rated or refunded if unused.
Past months are non-refundable. We don't refund prior months because perks and discounts have already been available for use.
Accidental renewal? If you forgot to cancel and didn't use the membership that month, email us within 7 days of the charge and we'll refund it.

Toolshed — physical products

30-day returns on unused items in original condition. Buyer covers return shipping unless the item arrived damaged or incorrect.
Damaged or wrong item? Email a photo within 7 days of delivery and we'll replace it or refund in full, including shipping.
Refund timing: approved refunds land on your original payment method within 5–10 business days.

Toolshed — digital downloads

Because digital files can't be returned, all digital downloads are final sale. If a file is broken or the wrong product, we'll send a working version or refund you in full.

Consultations & coaching sessions

Reschedule up to 48 hours before your session at no charge.
Under 48 hours — we'll reschedule once at no charge as a courtesy; additional reschedules forfeit 25% of the booking fee to cover held time.
No-shows forfeit the session fee.
If we cancel, you receive a full refund or a complimentary rescheduled session — your choice.

How to request a refund

Email Dm.houseoflegends@outlook.com with your order number or the email on file and a brief note about what happened. We respond within 3 business days.
