We respect your privacy. This Policy explains what information House of Legends Publishing Co. ("we") collects, how we use it, and the choices you have. It applies to houseoflegends.info, our Toolshed storefront, member areas, and free tools such as REAL Safety.

• Account data: name, email, password hash, and membership tier when you create an account.
• Payment data: billing details handled by Stripe. We never see or store full card numbers.
• Orders & consultations: what you bought or requested, plus the messages you sent us.
• Usage data: basic analytics about pages visited, device, and referring source, used to improve the site.
• REAL Safety: the in-app tool stores your responses in memory only while the page is open. Nothing is saved to our servers.

How we use it

• To deliver consultations, products, and membership perks you've requested.
• To process payments and prevent fraud.
• To send transactional emails (receipts, scheduling, account changes).
• To send occasional updates if you've opted in. You can unsubscribe anytime.
• To meet our legal obligations.

Who we share it with

We share only what is necessary with vetted processors who help us operate:

• Stripe — payments and subscription billing.
• Shopify — Toolshed storefront and order fulfillment.
• Supabase — secure database and authentication hosting.
• Email provider — transactional and opt-in email delivery.

We do not sell your personal information. We may disclose information when required by law or to protect the rights, safety, and property of our community.

Cookies

We use a small number of cookies to keep you signed in, remember cart contents, and measure anonymous traffic patterns. You can block cookies in your browser; some features may stop working as a result.

Your rights

Children

The Services are intended for adults and for youth using age-appropriate tools (such as REAL Safety) with a trusted adult. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13.

Retention

We keep account and order records for as long as your account is active and as required for tax, accounting, and dispute-resolution purposes — typically 7 years for financial records.

Updates

We may update this Policy. Material changes will appear on this page with a new effective date.
