Framework Pilot — A House of Legends Publishing Co. Campaign

The Legacy
Parent Fund

Break the cycle. Grow the legacy.

A framework pilot in development — a 12-week hybrid mentorship model designed to empower young parents to heal, build stability, and create lasting legacies for themselves and their children through mentorship, education, life skills, financial literacy, and community support.

This document outlines the working framework for the inaugural pilot cohort. Structure, outcomes, and budget are being shaped in partnership with founding supporters.

The Problem

One parent supported is three generations changed.

Young parents are raising children while still fighting to stabilize themselves. They face interrupted education, poverty, housing instability, trauma, lack of support, and limited access to trusted mentorship.

Without intervention, the cycle continues for their children and future children.

Our Why

We impact three generations at once.

When we support one young parent, we impact three generations at once — the parent, the child, and the future generation.

Pilot Launch

2 students. 12 weeks. Lifelong roots.

The pilot will sponsor 2 students through a 12-week cohort model. Participants receive mentorship, weekly workshops, milestone check-ins, and a $1,000 scholarship toward their self-determined, self-actualized mission and vision plan and action for their lives.

Measurable Outcomes

By Week 12, each participant will have:

  • Strengthened emotional wellness and self-regulation
  • Increased parenting confidence and skill
  • Improved financial literacy and goal-setting
  • Stronger support systems and community connection
  • A completed personal Legacy Growth Plan
  • Pathway to Legacy Leader mentorship at 120 days

Progress is measured at Week 1, Week 6, Week 12, and 90-day follow-up across emotional wellness, parenting, education/career, finances, and parent-child relationship growth. At 120 days, students who remain committed are invited to become Legacy Leaders — sowing back into the next generation of teen parents through mentorship within the fund.

Partnership Opportunities

Four ways to help build the legacy.

Funding

Sponsor awards, workshops, curriculum, or cohort costs and help break cycles before they repeat.

Mentorship

Provide guidance in parenting, education, career, wellness, or financial literacy.

Community Resources

Offer space, referrals, childcare support, transportation, meals, or professional services.

Strategic Partnership

Help scale the Legacy Starter Fund and long-term endowment vision.

Fiscal Sponsorship Opportunity

Be the fiscal home for this legacy.

House of Legends Publishing Co. is seeking a 501(c)(3) fiscal sponsor to serve as the charitable umbrella for the Legacy Parent Fund. As our fiscal sponsor, your organization would receive tax-deductible donations on behalf of the fund, issue receipts to donors, and disburse grants for program operations — allowing us to focus entirely on serving young parents while donors receive the full tax benefit of their generosity.

The Invitation

More than a program — a pathway.

The Legacy Parent Project is a pathway for young parents to feel seen, supported, stabilized, and equipped to build something their children can inherit.

When we help one parent stand against old patterns, we help generations stand on a new legacy.
